John Batchelor and I welcomed back Anatoly Zak to discuss the current status of Russian-US talks regarding a possible Roscosmos-Boing partnership for two lunar orbiting space stations.  One station would be in a low lunar orbit and the other would be in a high lunar orbit which would better serve deep space exploration.  We talked about this project also involving the ISS partners which would come into play once the ISS was shut down.  Because of tight Russian space budgets, Anatoly also said Russia might have to make a budget choice between their own space station which they have been talking about for some time or this lunar partnership space station idea.  This was a single segment Hotel Mars program.
