Sara Howard

Sara Howard worked for Boeing at its plant in Michoud, Louisiana, from 1965 to 1967, and was one of only two women who worked on the first stage, the SI-C stage of the Saturn V rocket. Howard wishes to honor those who dedicated their lives in this effort and changed the course of history. “We sent them to the moon and brought them back safely without any loss of life. What an achievement.”
