My name is Erik Lundin (pronounced Lundeen). I am a first year law student at the University of Mississippi School of Law. I am currently in the midst of my first semester of law school and going through the standard, First-Year required courses, but cannot wait to participate in everything the National Center for Remote Sensing, Air, and Space Law has to offer. I am originally from South Jersey, graduated from NYU with a degree in the History and Philosophy of Science. I have had my eye on Ole Miss and their space law concentration for quite sometime, since it is the only law school in the country with such a focus. Of particular interest to me is the privatization of and public access to space. Depending on legal decisions in the next few decades, this can either be fostered or stifled. I'd like to see the private sector compete and grow.
