Dr. Richard Van Allen is the current Vice President and Director, Space Systems Division at Microcosm, Inc. His previous experience included Senior Vice President at Aura Systems, Inc., Mission Requirements Laboratory Manager at Hughes Aircraft Company, and the Voyager Navigation Team Chief at the Jet Propulsion Lab (JPL).
