John Batchelor and I welcomed Dr. Sean Casey to the show to discuss the Silicon Valley Space Center (SVSC), commercial space entrepreneurism, training, education, financing and much more. We talked about the SVSC serving as a startup and early stage commercial space incubator along with how best to obtain angel and venture capital financing for commercial space ventures. Other topics included industry growth so far & why entrepreneurial commercial space is attracting investment at this time. We looked at winners so far, winning industry segments, and the risk of bubbles and other challenges. Dr. Casey talked about most of the activities happening in LEO and we looked at the global effort to enable and develop NewSpace and space entrepreneurism.
