Dr. Steven Dick, an astronomer and historian of science at the U.S. Naval Observatory since 1979 and a well known expert in the field of astrobiology and its cultural implications, discusses the possibilities of extraterrestrial life, its implications for our life and culture, the likelihood of it existing, and whether there are any commercial possibilities in this area.
